Great Utility, Minor Steering Challenge
I’ve been using the Elegear Foldable Wagon Cart for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a durable, space-saving solution that’s ideal for daily use. What I liked: Durability: The build quality feels solid. The frame and fabric can handle a decent load without wobbling or sagging. Ease of Use: It unfolds and folds in seconds very intuitive and no tools required. Compact Storage: When folded, it takes up very little space, making it easy to tuck away in a closet or car trunk. Quick Assembly: Setup is almost effortless out of the box. No complicated instructions just unfold, lock in place, and go. Despite the minor steering issue, I’d still recommend it for light to moderate hauling, outdoor trips, or shopping. It’s a practical cart that ticks most of the right boxes.

The picture is misleading
The material used is of extremely poor quality. Don't expect the weight capacity to be same as advertised. Looking at the other people comments, all are true when it comes to build quality of the locking system for the wheels. The tray provided as base for cart is not of good strength.

Had for over a year now and has been through so many trips and I can confidently say this thing is amazing. I’ve carried about 200lbs in it before and it was still intact and easy to maneuver. Wheels are strong. Great cart!!! Would buy for others and get another one for trash/recycling specifically!! Thank you

ORIGINAL REVIEW (a bit rewritten): Overall, this is a high class cart. It's sturdy. It takes up minimal space folded. It's smaller than most wagons of this kind and if you need much space you should look for something else, but for my usage it's absolutely perfect size. Concerning shortcomings, I first want to mention that it's a bit noisy when used on asphalt, and my rear wheels don't point straightly forward, but rather slightly to the right. But actually, these things don't affect the user experience very much. What's worse then, and the reason I don't give the cart five stars, is the handle. It's far too short! I can't understand that no other reviewer has this experience! And I'm not very tall, but rather middle length. Looking at other wagon models, it seems like this length is kind of standard. I don't understand this. It's not comfortable even without load, and it becomes less and less so as you add more weight. A short handle makes the angle towards the ground larger, with the result that less of your pulling force will drive the wagon forward, and more of it will just "disappear". So my advice to Elegear (and other manufacturers) is: Make the handle much (up to 10 inch) longer. Or maybe even better: If possible, place it higher. That would make the angle towards the ground smaller. However, I solved this issue by extending the handle (see photo). Still, you should not need to fix things like these by yourself! Overall, this is a very good product. I'm highly satisfied with the purchase! UPDATE AFTER 9 MONTHS OF USE: After using the wagon once a week for 7 months (only on asphalt), the rear wheels looked like they do on the photo. The outer part was completely broken on one and started to become so (see the small crack) on the other. I replaced them by two wheels of another kind and the wagon works fine after that. But really, you expect the original wheels to hold out for longer than this. I asked customer support for a refund equal to the value of the two wheels I bought (2*7.15 USD). The response I got was of the best kind possible. Instead of accepting the value I asked for, they offered me a refund of 32.63 USD, which is 50% of what I originally payed for the entire cart! This was far beyond what I expected. So five stars to Elegear. To the wagon, I still give four. Now, 2 months after the back wheels got broken, even the front wheels are about to. I will replace them as well, but I will not require any compensation this time, considering the large amount I've already received.

Used for 4 months now. The wheel has no metal ball bearings. The wheel has a plastic core and is rubbing onto the metal bolt that secures it. The wheel’s internal hole (plastic) is already worn out. I now have to find replacement wheels that has ball bearings now. The item is of good design and good quality, but they should use wheels with metal ball bearings.
