Quality is not good
Quality is not as per the mentioned specification. After fixing 27 inch monitor the wall bracket started bending due to inadicute thickness of wall side fixture plate So returning this useless product.

Good for 18 inches monitor
Spring washer should be used to tighten the joint for better management of tilting issue on slight movement. Otherwise it is good on low cost specially for 18 inch monitor.
