100% cotton for the win!
Lately all I want to sleep in is 100% cotton, it is breathable and crisp. Nightgowns like this are a little old fashioned looking but in a fun retro way. I have bought some other 100% cotton nightgowns and pajamas for over $100 a piece and while the fabric of this item is a little thinner than the more expensive ones, for the price it's a steal! I feel that the sizing is very generous, I usually wear between a medium and a large. I ordered a large and it is very roomy, I could have easily gone with a medium for a closer fit. I've washed it several times and had no shrinkage and it still looks crisp and new, looking forward to buying a few more colors.

My favorite nightgown
I came back and bought two more. The "rate it" questions are all wrong. It's flattering like "don't hug my curves and cling to me." It's a bit like a tent on my 5'2 frame. I want a nightgown that doesn't reveal my (I nursed three babies and carry 30 extra lbs on my apple shape) Mom bod. It's not the softest material but it's soft, lightweight and feels like I'm covered by a cool, crisp sheet. Very comfortable for sleeping AND a trip through the house to the laundry or kitchen. It's perfect for me. I sized up like I do my hoodies.

Lightweight and cool, but chose size carefully
Love the light weight fabric, it feels like a percale sheet, cool and crisp. Like the sheets, this gown should become softer with each wash. I like the light purple color I ordered. The one thing that I feel could have been better is the arm hole could be a little larger. It’s a small but not to the point of being uncomfortable. The sizes listed are a little off to me because if I went by the measurements on the size chart I would wear an XL( I normally wear a size 4-6.) I ordered a Medium instead and it’s pretty big below the bust but fits fine in the bust area, so I’m glad I chose the Medium. I’m pretty sure these are Asian sizes.

It IS Cotton.
I purchased white medium. I am 5'3". Round tummy. large breasts and tiny shoulders. I just received it. Tried it on. Haven't slept in it or washed it. That said - I know what is uncomfortable to sleep in. Spaghetti shoulder straps that end up around my waist, stuff that cuts off circulation. My upper body will stay in. It feels like breathable fabric (which is why you want natural fibers - silk, cotton) It is well-stitched and detailed. It hits below the knee on me. You really can't do any better for the price. I would have bought more, but for negative reviews.Seems that a free diamond ring would still get complaints from about 20% of the population. I totally get being upset if they sent you a gown with someone else's body fluids on it. I get if you are just "meh" about it. But. No need to burst a forehead vein over it. The lights will be out, while you are using it. Does it work for that purpose? Yes. Absolutely. Far better than most.

Best summer nighty you'll find
I can't say enough about these nightgowns I bought the blue one a few months ago and have washed it and take care of it and worn it to bed quite often I can say that I love these nightgowns and they are just for the right price when you look at other cotton nightgowns sell them tomorrow upwards of 50 to $60 this one is right there at about 20. I ordered the pink one It came here within a week and I just got it today The color is very nice it's not like baby pink but it is pink a little bit brighter but I think it looks great I'm glad to add it to a collection. I am also an average white of 5 ft 1 in and it fits perfect around my round body I'm very busty and have a lot in the back and this fits so straight that I don't feel confined anywhere very breezy very wonderful goes past my knee just a bit. And my husband seems to like it as well.

Cute but the armholes are too small and uncomfortable for sleep
I'm 5'1 & 145 pounds, I normally wear a size medium in tops and jackets. I bought a size medium dot-lavender, this gown is very cute and appears to be well made, it's a bit see through. The color was exactly as pictured on the photo, the hem of the gown falls about 2 or 3 inches below my knee, the body fits me well but the armholes could be a bit wider, it's fine as long as I'm standing but it gets tight around my arm when laying down and I try to turn to one side. I plan to keep the gown to use for lounging but not for sleeping, unless I lose a few pounds and my arms get thinner. It really is a cute gown, it would be perfect if the arm opening were made bigger.

Buy one size up if you have larger breasts.
I bought 2 years ago (pink and blue). They were very comfortable.I bought 2 more last year, then bought 3 this year. These nightgowns sell out quickly. (The numbers available in my size drastically reduced in a week). I recommend buying more after you established your size.Since Asian clothing markets often do not understand American breasts size, I recommend sizing one up if you have ample chest. Please note, the last three I purchased smelled. I'm not sure if it's the bag, clothes, or storage while being mailed. Nonetheless, it's easily taken care of after a wash.Still highly recommended for style, comfort, and reasonable price. And yes, I will.buy more in the future.

Like: look, fit, comfort, quality for price. Don’t like: made in China. Wish: pockets.
I like it... I just keep wishing it had pockets! (I keep trying to jam my hands into my sides.)I do not like that it’s made in China. It MAY be 100% cotton, but it’s not as nice a cotton as my other gown that is definitely 100% cotton. In comparison, it makes me question whether it is 100% cotton. But I do like it... for the price.I am 5”4, ~130lbs, 34B, broad shoulders. I don’t like to wear anything tight. I ordered a medium and it fits comfortably and looks very cute.
