This wire is made from aluminum. It is a soft wire. I used 20 gauge to make a boho necklace. I was able to make wire wrapped loops for beads with ease. I did have to be careful not to scratch the black finish off the wire otherwise the silver of the aluminum underneath would have shown. This wire is not stiff and would be excellent for the wire wrap beginner.

I like the flexibility of it. I used it to make different climbing areas for my plants. It’s easy to fold and it looks great. It was easy to cut with a good tool, I used my garden scissors. It’s not very thivk but for ehat I needed it it worked perfect. It is hollow inside.

As headline, very easy to work with, but does not hold it's shape well.

I thought I was buying coated wire but this wire was painted and very easily chipped and scared. Way softer than anything I've ever used. I had to use some black sharpie to hide the marks that I couldn't not make.

I make crochet Amigurumi and tried this for added sturdiness to the arms and necks of some of the things I make. It’s easy to use without being too rigid, and it’s very easy to cut.

I use this to create hanging shells with airplants , the colors are beautiful and very easy to use

The wire itself is stong and good quality but the color is not accurate, I was hoping it was more of a bright gold color like the picture but its clearly not as it you can see it the picture.

I would have given these a 5 rating, but unfortunately the gauge was a bit too much for my younger kids, (my fault) So I have ordered the lower gauge and its amazing!

This is the worse aluminum wire I have bought. Most have a heavy weight to them but not this. It was suppose to be 16 gauge but more like 22. There are two other brands selling aluminum wire on Amazon- buy from one of them.

I bought for wire art , too soft of a wire for me. Very pretty though.

Softer than expected but even and easy to work with.
