Our son loves this! We didn't receive the remote with it but I contacted the customer service and they are sending me a new one! They are great and super easy get a hold of. Great product for the kiddos too!

The vehicle worked great for a few months, but then it quit working all together and would not move or go into gear. The customer service was incredible they sent a replacement part it did not work, but they sent a replacement vehicle in the mail. I am very impressed with the customer service.

My 2 and 4 year old love this dump truck so much! It’s durable, doesn’t get stuck, and has multiple speeds as the kids age or gain better control. I love having the remote control to easily stop the kids or redirect them quickly if I need to. A part on the truck stopped working and we reached out to customer service and got a response within a day but even better they sent the replacement part for free and we got it in a few days! I’m super impressed with the dump truck but was extremely thankful that the customer service was so helpful!

Trust me DO NOT PURCHASE! Had a problem with the battery and it not turning on randomly right away I contacted the seller. They sent me a new battery then they sent me another replacement part but the issues continued, by the time I realize the product was horribly made. I couldn’t return it anymore, trust me, do not waste your money on this item.

Can’t beat it for the price! Somewhat simple to put together and works great. One of the leads (wires) on the motor was cut during shipping and once I contacted the seller they immediately sent me out not one, but two replacements. Super happy and excellent customer service. Thank you

This truck was a hit with the family and was given as an early birthday gift. Very impressed with functionality, speed and capability. The leg space is pretty small so kids 5 & up might have problems fitting in. The seat belts need to be redesigned as they don't set right in the shoulder and not long enough to adjust the fit when wearing a winter coat. Our unit had a broken screw post and several screws missing from the undercarriage. The front steering mechanism was jammed up and took time to fix. How the steering column works with the steering mechanism could be improved as it rattles when you turn the wheel.

Heavy duty. Nice rubber wheels. Long lasting battery. The dumping bed works great.

This was hard to put together but it is an amazing ride on. My FIVE year old fits in it perfectly and he just rides around the yard all day. Such a great gift

Does not drive through a standard door so a little tricky, but once its outside, best electric kids car you could get. Amazing battery life, over 3 hours and it was still going.

There are no option for NO star. The whole product has false informations and pictures on their post. I have to paid USD$200 for the shipping cost to return, if you have 2 young kids, it won't fit, my kids are 1 and 4, and they are small size. You will NOT get the refund of the shipping cost. Which means i paid USD$200 for nothing. DON'T waste your money. This is a scam!

Loved it! Little tough releasing lock on bumper but he loved it. Took his 2 year brother for a drive also.
