The drink is nicely flavoured and not too sweet. I much prefer the drink to the tablet form of magnesium and it seems to the job Recommended

I purchased this magnesium because I workout everyday & because I have a troubled sleep pattern. So far I am very satisfied with the results: less soreness in my muscles & good nights sleep.

Nice flavour , the pot size is a bit misleading as it’s only a quarter full seems a waste of plastic to do this would prefer a glass container , seems to help me go to sleep quicker and feel like I’ve been in a deeper sleep after a week of taking although still get the 3am wake up but manage to go back to sleep.

It works for me. I'm 73 and play tennis, and pleased to be rid of aching muscles!

Product seems to be good and it tastes better, however, the quantity was really disappointing. A small tub only had 50% of the product.

Sleeping so much better than I was a few month ago. Before taking this supplement I was getting only two to Four hours sleep and very bad quality. Now a solid 7-8 hours without waking up. Love it.

This product did help with my stress. But it had a massive laxative effect on me that lasted up to 48 hours after taking the product. I was trying to work out which supplement I was taking was doing that. But it was definitely this. Magnesium is a very good supplement for a wide range of things. But this product must have a lot of magnesium citrate in it. Because it draws a lot of water into my bowels and made me pass a lot of water in my stools. For several days after not taking it

Für mich leider ein Fehlkauf. Dieses Pulver ist wie eine pulverisierte Brausetablette. Überfrachtet mit Süßstoffen. Zu allem Überfluss noch sehr schlechte Löslichkeit in Wasser. Werde es wohl entsorgen.

Gut verträglich hilft mir gut zu schlafen

Ich bin nicht begeistert. Von der Wirkung habe ich leider auch nichts gemerkt. Es schmeckt überhaupt nicht und die Verpackung ist ein Witz. Eine Dose, die 500-600 g fasst, ist mit 200g gefüllt.

Leider löst sich das Pulver nicht komplett. Es bilden sich Klumpen, welche ich mit einem Löffel gezielt zerdrücken muss. Ich nehme es am Abend. Der Schlaf ist besser. Muskelkrämpfe sind fast komplett verschwunden.

Ich hab es leider nicht vertragen und der Geschmack ist auch nicht prickelnd
