The INITIAL package was missing multiple accessories, the wig and glasses were tossed in a bag together and became entangled. The netting to encase the wig (which I mistook for the wig cap) and the wig appeared to be used. Needless to say, I was NOT pleased. Because I really wanted THIS particular Granny Costume I decided to request a replacement (otherwise I would have gotten the refund and moved on to my second choice wig from a different company). THE REPLACEMENT came today. The delivery was very prompt. Each and every item was accounted for, and each item was packaged in its own bag. Nothing was entangled. Each bagged item was then beautifully packaged into a lovely main box with the company logo. The care and pride in doing a job well (even if it's "just" filling an order and packaging merchandise) was absolutely night and day different from the jumbled mess of the initial order. If I had just received a refund I would never recommend the store; however, because I requested a replacement and received such a beautiful package I would HIGHLY recommend this store! Now, on with my item by item review: The quality of the wig is good for a costume wig. It shakes out nicely. Holds tight realistic curls well, and looks fairly realistic as far as costume wigs go. It is a bit snug even for my smallish head, and the center seaming can be seen on the center part--but this is a costume wig. (4.75/5 on the wig) The wig cap was packaged in its own zip bag and is more like what I was expecting. No mistaking netting for this cap. It too was snugger than usual. (4.75/5 wig cap) The glasses were rose colored metal and if I didn't wear glasses I would have worn these granny glasses. Very cute. (And this is coming from a girl who really doesn't care for rose colored metal.). (5/5 glasses) The pearl accented eye glass retainer chain is super cute! So cute in fact if the chain had been silver, I would almost wear it daily. VERY CUTE. (6/5 retainer chain) The costume pearl necklace is actually very nice and pretty realistic for costume jewelry. I actually might wear it out and about. (5/5 necklace) Overall, the replacement granny costume set is very nice, well organized, beautifully presented, and a fabulous deal that well worth the cost. It also shipped timely and arrived in time to attend the event if we decided on doing it this weekend. I'm impressed with the product and the customer service provided by this company. Bought this set for a granny’s gone wild night out on the town. Wig looked great and was secure. I added extra Bobby pins to help as well!

This wig and the included accessories are on par as far as getting what you pay for. The wig is comfortable to wear and perfect for a 100 days of school or elderly lady dress up event. The accessories are fun- they won't last you years, but definitely long enough to have fun with for your events! Everything is cute and made well enough it will last you a few years.

great for housemates Medea halloween costume

I have several artificial hair wigs but some are better quality than others, although they are about the same price. It seems that wigs intended for cosplay, Halloween parties, etc are slightly lower quality. The problem is the hair doesn't quite look as pictured and it kind of gets all over my face. What we have here pictured is a beautiful hairdo, with hairs in place and what came in the package is a total mess. And due to the hair quality, it can't really be styled. It might work at a costume party if you want to look like a crazy old woman, but the Golden Girls certainly wouldn't have appeared in public with such a hairstyle. The accessories are ok, no complaints here.

Wig fit perfect and was easy to wear. I have really long hair and it all fit under cap and wig. Necklace is heavy and nice. Glasses were great but did not wear them due to my prescription glasses. Chain for glasses was perfect length. I would rebuy if needed

We had an old people themed party and this wig was a HOOT. My friends started calling me Sylvia while I handed out hard candy from my handbag. It was comfortable, stayed on even while riding on a wakeboat. The quality was realistic enough for the price (didn’t look super cheap).
