The soft gel capsules are small and easy to swallow with zero aftertaste. One capsule per day is convenient and with the 120 day supply, it stretches to four months, which is easy to manage. Cons The 120‑day supply feels like it could be bigger if you’re using it daily. Personally I’d appreciate a six‑month option. But I think unless you have a medical condition requiring a larger amount, 100mg of Ubiquinol is a solid amount so 150mg is still really good! Summary This is a high quality ubiquinol capsule that’s well formulated, reasonably priced, and easy to incorporate into your routine. Third‑party testing and thoughtful inclusion of absorption-supporting oils are definite pluses. Unless if I fine something much better I'd be sticking to this product.

Definitely easy to swallow, really small tablet, great quality. I have had a good health benefit after 3 months use, seen an increase in energy. However i have now switched brand to one that had more coq10 mg and i find that is more beneficial and better value, although the tablet is bigger as a result.
