Ice Blue Cooling Liquid Gel Insoles (7-8 UK)

I have tried many off the peg and tailored made insoles over the years to try and get rid of my foot pain but sadly none of them have worked so needless to say I was a bit sceptical at purchasing these insoles. I know there are mixed reviews on these insoles and I can only comment on my own personal experience but I have to say these insoles are the best ever. I am a size 7 but ordered the 7-8 and they fitted perfectly with no trimming required. These insoles are absolutely brilliant. From the first time I put them in I was actually out of pain for the first time in a very long time and I haven’t' taken any further painkillers since, not bad for someone who was previously taking daily painkillers and often the maximum amount. I would have no hesitation in purchasing these insoles again, they are really good value for money and if I could give them six stars I would.

These gel insoles were supposed to keep my feet cool but made no difference whatsoever and were quite uncomfortable to walk in .

Easy fit and comfortable

Within 5 minutes of wearing these for the first time my feet were pain free for the first time in months. Recently my workplace changed their regulation footwear and this caused my feet to seriously overheat. After suffering for the last few months, trying various creams and assorted insoles, I came across these and I am so glad I did, they work like a charm, i don't know if it's the cooling effect or the massage effect but the end effect is RELIEF! So impressed I have bought two more pairs.

There really great on your feet

Not sure how it was supposed to work to cool, but it's not. It's made from a material that takes the heat quickly and it's not helping at all.

Wonder product and very comfortable to my feet indeed. Definitely recommend it.
