I used it for the first time last night and it was a long and sleepless night. The chin strap must be made for a small face. My face is not large by any means. I’m a thin person with a thin face but I could barely close the Velcro straps on the top of my head. In fact, when I tried to adjust the Velcro, my hair was caught in the Velcro and I lost a wad of hair in it. The portions for my ears were extremely uncomfortable. The ear holes were digging into the back of my ears all night. I kept waking up trying to adjust the ear holes and I never found a comfortable spot.
