The magnet was strong enough for the window and it did not work

Works well for cleaning outside of windows on 2nd floor.

This item did not live up to its expectations for my windows. If you have thin windows this product will not work as it is strong and i fear it may break my window. Due to it being strong, it becomes difficult sliding it across the window

This didn't end up working for us - it was way more work than just cleaning windows the regular way. We have all double paned windows and I think they were too thick. Additionally, we have screens in all of our windows and I am not able to open the window and place the outside piece there - someone has to be physically outside and someone else inside to be able to get this placed. I didn't consider that when ordering, so that's on me.Seems solid enough and easy to operate though.

I live in a 100+ year old house with it’s beautiful & original single paned windows. They’re a bear to clean & I can say this tool definitely helps, it’s just not as effective as I was hoping it’d be. I think the biggest problem with them is that the triangular cleaning pads are quite small. They’re only 2” tall with a 4” wide base...making the cleaning area only 4” sq. (the average surface area of a cloth in one hand is about 20-25”). If you have bigger windows or windows with many lites...it just seems to take forever to get anywhere with this device. It can leave quite a lot of streaks if you’re not too terribly careful, too.The magnets are super strong & it did work on my single paned windows well, but the small cleaning surface just made this an even worse chore than going outside &/or using a ladder & doing it old school.
