Excellent purchase. I'm super satisfied with this product. Connected to my phone easily, easy to set up, my cat used it immediately with no hassle. Safety mechanism works well, as soon as my cat enters during the cleaning process, the machine stops moving. Comes with extra garbage bags so it's easy to replace. There is a smell during the cleaning process but other than that, my home does not smell like cat litter.

I bought this product six months ago and it was NOT cheap, yet it suddenly stopped working for no reason at all. I contacted the seller through Amazon almost 10 days ago and was told I would be contacted within two days. That never happened. No call, no message, no support whatsoever. Because of this total lack of responsibility, I was forced to buy a different brand. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am still waiting for clear instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim or refund.

Game changer!!!100/10 if you have more than 2 cats - I always struggle with the manual cleaning method and now with this product I can’t thank enough how easy it is to be stress and no need to worry about. It’s worth the price and delivery was on time and it was easy to install and use. The only thing I found is maybe they could have add extra 2 rolls of bags

Does not work!!! Stipped working a eeek after my purchase. Turns off on its own, need to unplug and reconnect in order for it to start up again. Half the litter is stuck to the base after emptying. Smells terrible after 3 days despite cleaning regularly.

Good my one cat use all the time and I have it over a year still running good

A very expensive but reliable device but unfortunately non-existent customer service. The separation lid between the litter box and litter bag got broken in the first month. Tried to find a customer service or support channels, nothing.
