Sturdy , Heavy and Solid with the reassuring HMT feel
The watch feels like it will last a generation or more..it’s the same feel of your dad’s HMT watch which you used to try on as a child when he would be back from office 🙂 . Dial is not oversized and feels comfortable on the wrist ..good for small to medium wrist size..for larger wrists look for NASS 11. Don’t expect precise fit and finish in the buckle and bracelet ..there are minor gaps and the locking clasp feels a bit loose..but the heaviness of it all feels amazing and reassuringly Indian ..much better quality of material than Casio / fossil and up there with Seiko / Citizen..for 6k it’s a blind buy with the added bonus of supporting this timeless HMT Heritage.

Budget friendly AUTOMATIC watch.
Don't think one would be able to buy an automatic watch for this price. Managed to grab one for ~6k inclusive of all offers. Sturdy and well built, the clasp on the rougher side - I'm assuming that adds to the lifesan. Main thing to watch for is the dial size. It's a fairly small dial on the wrist with a classic retro look in the current age of smart watches. Been using it for just about a week and i am quite happy the way it looks on my wrist. Shall update this review depending on any experience if necessary.
