Then suddenly their software can't connect to the device even though its physically connected via USB cable. Tried all their troubleshooting tips, there's no problems. The network adapter is there, the port is correct etc. It is just completely bricked and useless at the moment. If you want to spend $2K+ on a giant paperweight, go ahead and waste your money.
