Great and gross
So the lemme sleep is great and works fantastically. I started using this instead of unisom due to unisom’s risk of developing Alzheimer’s. They taste good and work almost as well as unisom. Unfortunately, the “wake up” tastes terrible, and I haven’t really seen and effect.

Deep sleep
The lemme sleep work great for me. I feel they put me in a deep sleep quick. I stay asleep for 5 solid hours but wake up feeling like I had 8hrs of sleep.
