The Drawer Does Not Close If You Place Shoes On The Top Row
I do not recommend this product for an adult. I unfortunately took a bit too long to assemble this product, but I would return it if I could. Cons: The drawer simply does not close if you place shoes on the top row, so only the two-bottom rows are usable. Fits 3 pairs of shoes per row, not 4 as shown in the pictures. Pros: Assembly is straightforward and the bench is firm enough to sit on.

Awesome for KIDS shoes
I bought two of these shoe cabinets. My children (age 5 and 8) wear a size 12 and a size one shoes. I cannot imagine trying to fit adult shoes in here. The cabinets are more off-white than white (see picture next to white styrofoam). Overall, very happy with purchase. They were perfect for what I needed.

Cheaply made
Had this product for all of 2 weeks before it broke bcs one of the parts that help it open and close broke .... we tried to replace part with one from hom depot and now won't open without extreme force ...total waste of money..we were forced to throw it out

Instructions were not in English. Quality is awful.

Don’t do it
I got a different shoe storage bench from the litfad website. It had NO instructions and it was missing much needed screws for the doors. The bag of small screws and pieces it did come with was opened and spilled out everywhere in the poorly packaged box. Some of the pieces were damaged. AWFUL
