I wore this tape on my pinkie toes while wearing brand new, not-broken-in heels. It absolutely saved my toes! Without it, my toes would've been torn up with blisters or they would've literally bled during the night. So much better than bandaids. It wasn't perfect bc I had to readjust it once during the night, but I won't wear heels without this stuff ever again!
