Very sharp. Handle with careful

The knife is razor sharp out of the packaging and is definitely value for money. It is a very basic and functional no-frills item. You need to be very careful while using it, though. The blade thickness is sufficient for the normal kitchen tasks but it is not a knife with a solid kind of feel to it. You get what you pay for. The knife cuts through vegetables and stuff like they aren't there at all. I feel the handle design needs a little tweak to make it fuller and more comfortable in the hand. Similarly, there needs to be a model in the same range with a slightly upward curved blade like Victorinox has separately. Unfortunately, that one is fully serrated and not useful for all tasks. These two small things will make the knife more comfortable to use. These are my initial impressions and I'm sure it's durability and ability to retain sharpness will depend on the way it is used which I will only know over time.

Good knife

Great. The blade is very sharp. The plastic handle could be a little thicker to make it easier to hold, but it’s still functional. It’s designed for smaller hands.

Writing this review after using it for a few years. So, I like everything about this knife. It's short, can peel fruits faster with this. The only drawback I saw with this knife is that it does not hold the sharp edge for longer. Every two or three days you have to sharpen this knife. Other wise it just doesn't work. You need to put effort to cut fruits if you don't sharpen it every two or three days. Now compare that to a high carbon steel knife that you get from the road side shop for a far cheaper price, it is able to retain its sharp edge for a lot longer compared to this knife. Although the carbon steel knife gets rusted but it still is sharper compared to this knife.

Bra kniv, fantastiskt pris!

Nachdem ich schon das klassische Kochmesser von Victorinox besitze und so zufrieden damit war, habe ich mir das Gemüsemesser geholt und es ist nun mein täglicher Koch-Begleiter. Es liegt super in der Hand und schneidet alles perfekt. Auch die Reinigung funktioniert problemlos und ich bin super zufrieden. 10/10
