It works, but is very light and small in size and doesn't look sturdy. While exercising you have to concentrate on balancing your weight as it may tilt to one side. Not worth the money, should put in some more and go for the wide wheel ones or should go for the cheaper option if cost is the criteria and get the same result.

Dolphy body Ab is pretty basic and inexpensive. It’s made of pretty high-density therapeutic foam and it’s a good medium-level softness, so it’s friendly to beginners. Note that you may find it warping after six months or so, depending on your weight, and it has a pretty smooth surface so it’s prone to slipping.

Product is value for money and after couple of days use I don't see any quality issues. However the ratings you see here on Amazon could be fake as the package comes with a 100 rupee cashback offer for 5 star rating!

Nice equipment for daily work out for about 10 to 15 min.. Sturdy and reliable.
