Great piece of material to track your habits/behaviors

If you are like me and need to build new healthy habits, then this is for you, especially if you are a "make a check off list" kind of person.

This habit tracker is worth the money. While I could use an app like Notion, having a physical tracker on my desk is a great constant reminder. The paper is thick and of good quality. However, it feels a bit pricey for just 12 pages, as one could easily make this themselves. Additionally, it doesn’t necessarily need to be A4 size; a smaller version could be just as effective.
