hello, this product is very bad and does not clean anything, how can I get it back?

Got this as a christmas gift. What a piece of junk. Good luck understanding the broken english instructions and voices on robot. Have spent several hours trying to setup app, and to try the cleaning. All it has picked up was a small piece of styrofoam from packaging while running over dirt and hair and not picking up. Good luck trying to find any info or people to contact on this product to see about return or replacement. Havent even bothered to try the mopping function yet. Guess all I can do with it is throw it in the backyard and hope the broken english voices will keep the skunks away.
