Best Hormonal Product
Along with menopause I also have hypothyroidism. My thyroid levels were changing drastically from one end of the range to the other for a couple years. I felt terrible. My Endo and PCP did not have answers. OBG prescribed estrogen for hot flashes. I had to keep increasing dosage but it never took away the hot flashes. I stopped estrogen and tried WYC after seeing it on social media. Not only did this very inexpensive cream take away my hot flashes, it leveled all of my hormones. I have had steady thyroid levels for a year now. It's perfect too because it comes with a measuring spoon for no guessing on how much to use. This is not medical advice, but WYC worked for me. I hear estrogen is a great option for some women.

Amazing
I started using this product a year ago to balance my hormones and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it helped me! It smells nice, is smooth and not sticky. It helped balance my hormones, regulate my cycle and helps with a bit of my rage. I introduced my friends to it and they also love it!

Keeps the perimenopause symptoms in check
The moment I turned 40 this summer I started getting hot flashes, fatigue, brain fog and insomnia. I bought this cream a month ago because I’ve heard wonderful things about wild yam cream for the things that were ailing me. The price point is incredible, a little goes a long way and after using this cream for a month, I’ve noticed a big difference in sleep quality! hot flashes? Don’t know her and the biggest issue, the fatigue/brain fog- I actually have more energy and can concentrate again. I highly recommend this cream for perimenopause. It has done me a great kindness. Also the smell isn’t overwhelming but still very pleasant and the cream soaks in super fast, isn’t sticky or greasy so no issues with texture. I should also mention, I seem to be allergic to a LOT topical products, I’ve had zero issues with this cream!! I have and will continue to recommend this cream!

Amazing stuff if you stick with it!
So far, this cream has been the only thing that has worked for me. I’ve tried all the popular supplements and nothing works as good as this. Hot flashes were 8/9 times a day and were severe and disruptive. Now I get little flushes that only last a few seconds and maybe just a few a week. The cream is light and easy to apply. The texture is a medium weight but glides on great and absorbs quickly. I actually look forward to applying every night because it’s soothing. I don’t take any supplements now, just this cream and will not be without it! I’m about 2.5 months in and started seeing results about week 3/4.

Did not work for me
I'm not really sure what this product was supposed to do. I followed the directions and used it for the recommended amount of time and there was no change. I'm not saying it's not going to work for other people, it just did not work for me.

Yam cream seem to help my endometrial atrophy
Seems like a good product it might’ve helped my menopause, but I’m really not sure. I will say my endometrial atrophy improved.

I was skeptical but it works!
I've seen alot of social media posts about wild yam cream. I was very skeptical because it sounded weird and far fetched and I thought how can a cream affect your hormones. I'm heading into menopause and the night sweats are wreaking havoc on my sleep. I don't want to take HRT and have tried several over the counter medications that claim to help with menopause symptoms but never do. I asked my OB/GYN about this and she said she's not sold on it but it wouldn't hurt to try. I've been using the cream for about two months and cannot say enough good things about it. It took about a week to see results but my night sweats have reduced significantly. Instead of every night I'm down to maybe once a week.

It works
I have been using this for almost 3 months now and have noticed a difference. I feel calm and don’t have that anxious feeling anymore. Hot flashes are gone and I am sleeping better. I have noticed more energy as well. I am applying to inner thighs/ lower stomach/ lower back areas. I noticed I would get a rash in my armpits when I applied to my neck and inner arms. That is the only side effect that I had. Easy fix - don’t apply there!
