I had a very hard time getting the lid off when I first received this. I reached out to the seller who apologized and suggested that I try turning the jar upside down and placing it in warm, 104 (f) for 10 minutes. They said sometimes the machine that seals the jars gets them too tight. It took a couple of soaks but I did get the lid off and now it opens with no problem. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the seller! They include two small plastic spoons you can use as a measure. The resin is very sticky. I find it easier to use a stainless steel 1/8 tsp, not full, but I can gage how much I need based on the size of the spoon. My measuring spoon lets me place the spoon in my hot drink and leave it there for a minute or so while the resin melts. They suggest putting it in warm milk. I put it in my coffee and hope I still reap the benefits. The resin has a strong taste on its own but I don’t notice it in my coffee. I’ve been using it for a week. Honestly, I’m not sure if I feel any different, but Ayurvedic supplements usually take a good couple of weeks minimum to make changes in the body. It comes with a third party quality certification. That and the company’s website make me feel very comfortable with the quality of the product.

I am excited to see how I feel over weeks of using this product. I am very happy that this product is Lab Tested which makes me feel better when I am trying a new product. Time will tell if this product will help with boosting my energy and maybe even help to balance my hormones. I am excited about adding more minerals into my diet and to see how this can help me over time.

This shilajit resin seems to be of good quality, although I’m not sure why it’s priced so high. It’s easy to take, as you can just dissolve it in hot water. I have noticed an increase in energy and seems to be helping even if slightly with other issues I have with daily use. This isn’t one of those supplements that you have dramatic immediate effects with, but it also doesn’t seem to have any negative side effects either. It doesn’t really have much of a flavor if dissolved into something like tea or coffee. I have tried others like it, cheaper ones, but this one seems to be a little more concentrated, with more noticeable effectiveness. The lid was really tough to open initially. Although, I’m pleased with it, I doubt I can always come off the money to buy it.

I have spent 3 days trying to open the bottle. Then the glass broke on the lid part and became unusable. I tried everything it is not worth it. If your going to make the lid so hard to get off then you should re design the lid.
