Worth the price comfortable and effective!
At first, I thought this was a bit pricey for just three patches, but it’s definitely worth it. I can use them all day while working, and they’re not bulky at all just soft and comfortable. Each individual patch is large enough to wrap my tummy perfectly, which makes a big difference. I love how effective and convenient they are, and I’ll definitely keep using them!

Super affordable patches!
My daughter started using these today and it has really helped with her cramps! They are the perfect size and quality relief! They are also affordable and easy to use! She was able to lay in her bed and use the patch with no issue!

Works great
These work great for me. They stick to my clothes, which is important as I can’t use the stick to skin kind, and unless you get crazy or move them around they don’t fall off. They do get, and stay plenty warm for the whole length of time stated. I have severe, severe cramps and these are a must for me when the pills just aren’t cutting it. I subtracted 1 star because I do think they’re overpriced.

Not hot
Will not buy again. Did not get hot, no value for the price. Did not relive pain. Size was fine but doesn’t work.

A period MUST
I need these every time now. They help me so MUCH. When I have cramps and need to sleep I just put one over my high waist undies. Helps me sleep SOO well. Reduces so much pain and when I wake up 8+ hours later it's still warm. In my experience they last about 8.5 -10.5 hours. They're definitely worth it. Way more convenient than a heating pad.
