The difference is amazing! I started taking this to help with better absorption of my vitamins. I notice a huge difference and I feel better since taking it. I feel my health is much better since taking this. I feel like I can finally feel the benefits of my B complex vitamins. I take two in the morning with my b complex vitamins (Thorne MethlGaurdPlus) on an empty stomach with no problem. No upset to my stomach. I’ve been taking for a few months now without any issues. Great price and quality. Easy enough to swallow. A must have if you have Issues with methylation that are common with gene mutation.

TMG can be tough on the digestion in powder, tablets or powder capsules. This form is the best. It does not have any unhealthy additives and can be taken as one capsule twice daily or two at one time. I have tried other form and was glad I had tried this. I think the LE capsules are the perfect solution for people that find TriMethylGlycine or betaine harsh to digest. Without products like this one that are created by thinking "outside the box", many might avoid taking TMG. Yet TMG is so great for many, It supports methylation, liver health and SAMe production in the body. Would definitely recommend!!

Appears to be good clean quality and transparent capsules where you can see the product. I took a methylation test a while back and discovered partial COMT varient issues. In taking these I notice a sustained energy throughout the day. Not sure if it's just a coincidence at this point but I will be continuing with this brand's tmg.

I bought this product about 6 times and the most recent bottles have had leaky capsules. The liquid gets all over the other pills, so I can't put them in my pill boxes. I am going to look for a replacement even though I really like this one.

I have been taking TMG for high homocystein levels associated with MTHFR diagnosis. I have not had the genetic testing, so I am not certain exactly what gene mutations I have. I had been suffering with heart palpations (up to 180 BPM) for years that were a mystery to my GP. I switched to Integrative medical practitioners who found I have Hashimoto's, MTHFR, and now menopause as well. After the first dose of TMG, I stopped having heart palps UNLESS I eat something with MSG, (such as pork loin packed in plastic bag at grocery store). I always keep an extra bottle because this TMG has been a miracle for me. I recommend it to all family with heart palps. I do not have any issue swallowing 2 capsules at once.
