I ordered this because I cook a lot in my crock. Pot and wanted something to get to the bottom. This does so many things, and it's very durable. I started using it for everything. Scooping stirring mixing. And it's wood and it doesn't scratch excellent buy.

We enjoy crystalized honey. This thin spurtle is perfect to scoop crystalized honey out of the honey jar. Love that the spurtle is sturdy and long enough to reach the bottom of the jar.

I love that it’s not metal, plastic, or silicone. Trying to use more natural materials when cooking and this is perfect for stirring my sourdough starter!

This is a must have to mix-up all of your sourdough makings. It reaches down to the bottom and mixes up completely in my jars

You get what you pay for. I like the concept of this item and will buy a better one. This one is cheap and it’s already split after just using it twice to stir sourdough starter.
