Update 3/14 pager system arrived, and was set up a few days later. Still working well for a week!Update 3/11/19: the company has contacted me and offered to send a new replacement that works better. I will update further when we give it another chance.In my picture, all of the beepers on the left were not working in less than a week. The top right bundle only flashed lights. The bottom right few were functional. This caused chaos at the restaurant and headaches. Might as well not have purchased it and I am glad that I was able to return this product for my money back.

Clients are happy as they dont need to stand and wait while their orders are in making.had problem with our electrical points and the adaptor got damaged and the factory provided 5 star service with free replacement and guidelines as well.5 out of 5 stars,

At first they were awesome. Tested it and they reached 2 houses down and then around the corner and 2 streets down. Within the first week, 2 of them stopped working. By the end of the 2nd week it was 4 of them that didn't work. Then 15 of the 20 stopped reaching the back patio where customers would often sit. A couple more stopped working as well. We had to go with a real company that wound up costing us about $900. But they work up to a mile and actually a good quality, not a POS like this one. I'll be disputing this charge with my credit card company and getting my money back.

We use these pagers instead of a waitlist at the restaurant. I have purchased three sets. You can set them to vibrate and or make a sound. The sound is very annoying and I even went so far as to put a sticker on each of the pagers to press the side button to silence, but they didn’t. We lost about 10 of them because they are so small and slip right into your pocket. The great thing is you can program your own numbers and they are interchangeable-the reason why I purchased three over the years. The set with the missing pagers is used to replace any missing from the two other sets. I use 1-20 for inside the restaurant and 20-40 outside on the patio. Works out great!I also put a sticker with our address on it and received two forgotten pagers in the mail.

Sometimes they do not work and customers get upset that they have to wait for their food when they don't work. Very cheap do not buy. Finally threw them away!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this system for my food truck. The only downside is that it can’t be used if there is no electricity. Only the individual beepers charge and work for long periods of time but the box needs to be connected at all times. Other than that I love it.

This product ignited on fire. We were lucky that we were within the vicinity so our building did not go down. I contacted the seller for information and never heard back from them.

We got this for holidays at work so customers don’t have to wait while their orders are put together. Customers continue shopping, we make more sales, and they return the buzzer in a timely fashion to retrieve their order without loud pages.
