We wanted a small heater for our draft hallway. Easy to fit, as they provide a template for drilling. Light weight, looks good and now the hallway is toasty warm. Happy customer.

I had one btggg 2000w oilfilled heater. And two btggg 1500w oilfilled heater. They arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The heaters are well packaged in the boxes. All works as it should. Love how you get a template making it so much easier to drill and fit brackets. Definitely recommend.

Really happy with this radiator, it looks slim and compact on our wall. We have this in our kitchen, and it throws a good amount of heat out.

Quite fiddly to put on wall , and although it is 10cm deep by the time you’ve put it on the brackets it’s about 15cm . The timer/ instructions really complicated . As it’s just to keep my utility room warm ( not hot) it’s been set to eco at 18C Probably not as neat as would have been liked.

This is a good heater for the price and produces a well controlled heat on manual control. I would not bother with the timer control as it is useless and does not function correctly. The timer is fine on manual. My suggestion of someone wants to control on schedule control to buy a seperate WIFI controller although the heat setting will have to be set.

This little oil filled radiator arrived in good condition. It's been working well so far in my conservatory, where additional warmth was required along with the main radiator. The booklet that came with radiator, and the control panel settings were too difficult to understand as I only want the radiator to come on in the mornings and evenings for a few hours in the winter, so I used a timer instead as seen in the picture. I set the temperature on the radiator, and set the timer, and has worked well.
