This is the best toner i have used till date. This is an amazing product for oily skin people. The product has following pros and cons PROS 1- deep cleans, you can see the dirt on the cotton swab once you rub it on your face. 2- controls oil, this toner gets rid of excess oil on your face 3- controls acne, I have acne prone skin and this product has removed them completely! 4-loosen up blackheads, It loosens up blackheads and make it easy to get rid of them 5- cooling sensation when applied 6- smells very mild. Overall I am on it's second bottle and I will keep using this toner till eternity!

Great product go for it

I don't care much about face skin as a result I got acne and other issues due to this polluted environment. I have oily skin and this toner is best for oily skin. I liked all the Neutrogena products which I used except Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer SPF15 (which says oil free but we can feel oil after we apply it and it increases the acne). Oily skin ppl follow the below steps. Use this toner after washing your face, apply it gently, wipe it with cotton very gently and apply Nuetrogena brightening serum instead of moisturizer (Serum contains very lite moisturizer, thats enough for heavy oily skin face). For the record brightening serum works like charm. This toner has alcohol content so be aware not to expose your face in sun light which might cause damage to your skin. If you are going out use some SPF cream which is suitable for your skin type. Remember don't expose your skin in sun light directly if you use this toner which might cause damage to your skin.

First of all it is made in Korea. I have noticed that the Korean cosmetics are not good for Indian skin. After an hour the face becomes super oily. And complexion is also reduced. Why the hell we want such products?

I liked the fact that it does leave a cooling or tingle on the skin. I was looking for this kind of toner since past 4 years and finally found it. The tingling sensation and the smells leaves the feeling of freshness after a long day out. As for other claims of blackhead elimination, I will get back to you and edit this review once i have gave this toner a sufficient time to prove of disprove its claims. Consistency and color is like water. Smells refreshing. Packaging good. Did not yet test it in travel.

Amazing product. Neutrogena never fails to amaze me. Really worked on my pimples and blackheads. Used it with Neutrogena Oil-free Acne-prone skin face wash, Neutrogena Daily blackhead eliminating scrub, Neutrogena Oil-free moisture and Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Drytouch Sunblock SPF 50+. Highly recommended. Only con is that it feels a bit tangy to the eyes.
