I’m sure chair itself is good but seller is horrible. Chair came coming apart at the seams of the mesh backing. Not sure how you can charge so much for a clearly poor condition product and market as like new. Shame

It sits low. It's really lower than I'd like. It didn't come with assembly instructions or directions for use.

This is a great chair. I bought a used one about 10 years ago. That one broke, so I replaced it with this one. One of the things I really like about this chair is that the seat can be raised higher than usual, so I have a good angle sitting at my desk. I live in Florida, so the cooling effect of the mesh material is very helpful. I bought those rollerblade type wheels when I bought the chair and attached those. I never used the original wheels. I recommend them. This chair is as comfortable as the last one. The description and photo are not entirely accurate. The photo has a particular type of lumbar adjustment which is not what I received. What I got was fine, but it is not what is in the photo. Also, the description says the arm pads are leather, and the ones that were delivered are vinyl. Neither one of these things is a big deal and I am going to keep the chair, but if you are very particular, you may want to be mindful of this. There are so many models and variable options that if you are super-particular, you should go to a Herman Miller authorized dealer.
