Intel Core i5-6600 FCLGA 1151 Processor

Amazing processor for its price tag and power consumption (Rated at just 65w TDP). Value for money compare to the 6700. Need separate Graphics card for Gaming but works very fine in Autocad 2D using its integrated graphics. Good for both office & gaming purpose

This replaced my older system with an AMD 1090T, not that much difference in performance is visible to me. saw around 15-20% improvement in benchmarks, better buy an unlocked K model than this.

I have been using this for 2 days only. It is not a very high end but it is perfect for moderate use and i hope it will fulfill my needs- android studio and gaming. But I have one issue that the motherboard's hdmi output is lost sometimes and recovered after long shutdowns. I found the below article helpful. It's rather of intel hd graphics 530 driver problem i think. That's why I minus 1 star.This is a 6th gen processor with ddr4 memory support. Although ddr4 technology is not fully matured now, the 6th gen processor will be future proof than the 5th gen. That's why I spent a bit more and gone for this.I will update this review in the future.

Good product, reached before time 30 to 35 C temperature on normal use on 100% load 40-45% with stock cooler

I have been using AMD FX series and now this one is giving me significant performance boost. Intel is the best.

Of course the processor is excellent but as it is an old model, the price is terribly high.
