This creatine does exactly what it’s supposed to. The powder is very fine and mixes easily into water or a shake without leaving clumps. It’s completely flavorless, which I like, because I can add it to anything. I’ve been using it consistently and it’s been great for strength training and recovery. Good quality and good price.

I was looking for some Creatine packets I could take when I’m on the go, and these work great. The only reason I rank 4 instead of 5 is that they are impossible to open. I have to cut them open with scissors and then white powder gets all over my desk at work. I’m afraid they’re going to think I’m doing drugs.

Love this creatine. You don’t need to spend a lot on creatine. It mixes well in water. I love the individual packets better than the powder in a jar or bag. It’s not messy at all. And easy to travel with. Just as effective as the “expensive” creatine.
