I love how hot it gets. Covers face well and has a timer. I use every night. It helps with pain and absorb my skin care products deep into my skin. Definitely a 5 star product.

I really like that this mask covers your whole face, because sometimes your whole face hurts, not just the eye area that most masks cover. It's soft and comfortable. I did have issues with the controller, and getting it to power up, probably user error, as you don't press and hold to power on as with most items, you just press and release the button quickly. I discovered that AFTER pulling apart and re-connecting the plugs several times, so I think it was me and not the plugs. Once (finally) powered on, it heats up quickly and it's nice that there is a hand held controller so you don't have to take it off to change the settings. Mine came with a tiny spray bottle for what I have no idea, it wasn't listed and the instructions say to only use the mask when completely dry, so it's not for misting. I think it was not supposed to be in there. Other than being a little different than the usual standard these days of having to hold a button down to power on (so you don't accidentally power it on) it's a great mask!

I like it, but it heats unevenly. The forehead part gets much hotter than parts around my cheeks.

So happy I bought this for my dry eyes and sinuses. Love that I can control the temperature and time. Give me great relief.

Not bad but if you have a larger head this might be a poor fit

Cheaply made. The elastic that under your nose is rough and sticks into your skin. The head fit is ok.

This face mask works well for treating dry eyes. You use it in a similar manner to a standard microwaveable bruder mask- use the included spray bottle to lightly moisten the mask, then let it heat up and apply it to your face. The real advantage to this is that the electric heater provides a constant, accurate heat on a timer, so the treatment is super consistent. It is easy to use and the controls are intuitive. I do think the build quality might be a bit on the cheap side, but so far there have not been any issues. Also, I'm not sure how clean able the mask is, so it would probably be a good idea to cut up an old shirt or something to place between your face and the mask during use. But overall this is a solid therapy product. If you regularly suffer from dry eyes and want an easier/more consistent form of treatment than a bruder mask, definitely give this a look!
