I was a little unsure about these, but I’m glad that I tried them
Given that these are missing some key features that I typically look for in a diaper, I gave them a shot anyway and I’m glad that I did. So I typically will only buy a diaper that has leak guards as I see them as essential for preventing leaks, these don’t have leak guards, but the elastic gathers on these provide a really good seal around the legs and I honestly haven’t had any leaks. Also with these only having one tape on each side, and with the size range being so broad with a lot of overlap, especially with me being right in the middle size wise ( I’m 6’4” with about a 44” waist). The mediums on these gave me a good fit around the waist, but they didn’t come up high enough and didn’t even come up and over my hips. The larges came up high enough, but because I was at the smaller end of the size range, the only way I could get a snug fit around the waist was if I overlapped the tapes (see my picture for how that worked out), but doing that actually gave me a really good fit, and the diaper has actually stayed in place, even with me being really active. I love how these fit, I love how stretchy the waist band is, and I love how strong the tapes are. Both the inside and outside of the diaper is pretty soft, even when wet. The absorbency is great, for me it wouldn’t work overnight, but it would make a fantastic daytime diaper, especially when you consider how slim they are and how easy and quick they are to change. At the price point these are definitely a good value, you definitely can’t go wrong with these. Fair warning though, shipping isn’t exactly discreet, so be aware of that.

Comfortably Soft & Stretchy
Comfortable and effective. Sort of an in between for me personally. A bit lightweight for true overnight accommodation as well as slightly too fluffy to wear out and about. I found them to be comfortable with a decent fit and I would purchase them again.

Inaccurate Sizing
These are really good absorbent diapers for overnight and for someone who is totally incontinent. But like so much in medical/ medical supplies there is frustration because it is the little things that mean a lot and would make caring for someone so much easier. but so often those things are overlooked. These would be perfect, but they are too small. My mom can't roll from side to side. My mom is a size 12 with a 33" waist and they're too tight, She would need some extra room for comfort and It would be so much easier for me to get the diaper underneath her if it were sized as advertised. That's the frustration. Why doesn't Tena just put accurate sizing on their diapers? What's so hard about that? No way would they fit a larger waist as they are advertised to do. These are the most absorbent diapers Tena carries and they don't come in a 2xl. Why not? The tab closure is smaller on the L/XL xl and easier to pull off of her when turning her because they don't stick to the chux. The 2XL tabs are larger and the do stick and I end up having to cut the tabs off If the person has a waist larger than 30" and is unable to roll from side to side, don't waste your money or time ordering these.

Fits Well
I’ve been using these overnight adult diapers for several weeks now, and I’m very impressed. The fit is secure but comfortable, with no irritating edges or leaks. What really stands out is the absorbency—they hold up through the night without any issues, even for someone like me who sleeps for 7–8 hours. No more waking up to change or dealing with wet sheets. The material is surprisingly soft and breathable, so it doesn’t feel bulky or overly warm. These have made a big difference in my quality of sleep and confidence. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable overnight protection!

Keep her dry all night
Ordered thse for my mom she loves them keeps her dry all through the night no messy or wet bed sheets in the morning. My mom use to get UTI's without her brands but it's safe to say she haven't had one since using this brand.

Not elastic, no "stretch", not good for less than total incontinence
I tried these for partial incontinence, the need being for a product that could be put on without having to completely remove trousers. These are probably fine for a person with total incontinence. But with the description suggested that the sides stretched and specifically said it could be "pulled up and down like underwear". This was not the case. My thinking was that with elastic sides, the product could be changed into in a restroom stall or in particular an airline toilet without requiring shoes and trousers to be removed and put on the filthy floor. There used to be some diaper-style products with elastic waistbands that worked this way, but they don't seem to be made anymore. These sides don't really stretch as much as they can be pulled hard into place to fit, at which point they deform and will never retract again. If the sides had been elastic, the could be partially stretched, attached at the front, then the product pulled up-and-down to use the toilet, just like Tena said in their advertisement slide in the product description. This can be done with many children's pull-up products--I know, I have a young child. That is not the case here. Once pulled, that's it. To use the toilet they have to have the Velcro-like front fastener detached and the product partially removed. So then you are trying to use a public restroom with the product hanging off one leg. It also never reattaches well. If you try to pull a fastened product down it just deforms even more and now the whole thing is loose and hangs down in lump (even 100% dry/unused). You can't pull it back up because now the waist size is larger because it deforned more. Trying to use one at night also didn't work well, even under pajamas it became loose and sagged down. If there had been an episode of incontinence, they probably would have leaked. But this was on a normal person who moved around at night, and I think the sides stretched with movement and then didn't spring back so in-effect it got larger and then didn't fit. The pad was very thick and probably pretty absorbent. But there are no standing gathers (fecal cuffs) which makes it even less useful. They were also hard to put on and stretch the sides properly standing against a wall, even for someone who had a lot of experience putting diapers on themselves standing up. If the wearer were bedbound and totally incontinent, they would probably work quite well to absorb urine. I would want to pull something over them to fix them in place if the person moved around at night. Total waste of money for me.
