I haven't install this camera as yet but it's a nice camera I love it

This camera works super well, with excellent quality in night and day vision, the installation is also super easy

Works great the picture it’s so clear day or night the sound is clear during recording or speaking and the price is unbeatable I will be buying another

I was hoping this would be able to remain connected through Bluetooth not just WiFi, but it doesn’t make sense. If I’m not home, I can’t get it to load so I don’t know if anyone’s came to my house or not. Currently we’re having issues with our internet and because of it, I’m not able to check the camera. It’s basically pointless at this rate. It takes forever to load when you get a notification someone is at your door, and you go onto the app to view the camera by the time it gets loaded, the people are already walking away. The audio is super laggy so they can’t understand you. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. Yes, I have contacted customer service and they weren’t very helpful, they just told me to return the device. Update: June 11, 2025 Now the battery is weak. It lasts maybe a week if I’m lucky. If I have more company walk in front of it (even with motion detection as low as it can go) it only lasts about 3 days at fully charged. If I get a notification that someone is “at our door” I click the notification and it takes about 25 seconds to load in, sometimes I have to close out of the app and back in 1-2 times and it’ll finally load but by the time it does the person is usually walking away & can’t hear me or they’re gone. It’s starting to skip when people are in front of it. It’ll record their arrival, but if they’re standing there talking for 1min 40ish seconds it stops recording and I had someone walk into my home unannounced and unexpectedly (a stranger) but because it only recorded them walking up to the door, and halfway back down my driveway it didn’t record them talking to the company people that was here delivering items, I couldn’t fully report this to the police. So if you want something for security. Save your money!

Battery dies quickly, it was at 100% when I took it off the charger when I hung it up 10mins later it was on 90%yesterday, today it’s on 86% the charge doesn’t stay long maybe 2 weeks at most. Works great may not be a good option if you stay in an apartment with heavy traffic it’s constantly recording that motion detection is wonderful,quality is good as well. 4 stars only because of battery life

Easy to add to the Aiwitt app. I like that it can’t be casually removed without the tool so its harder for someone to steal. Its a good price and works better than earlier versions

Nice camera. Great pics, works great with the chime and the chime has great volume BUT it needs charge every 5 days and that is a pain, you can't view videos unless you pay for a subscription. Those two negatives are enough that make this doorbell video camera very inconvenient so I will be returning this item and search for one that is more convenient.

I love it at first the battery dies quick but after that first charge that don’t die quick anymore
