Good quality, good price
Keeps my nocturnal calf cramps at bay. Aids sleep if taken 30 mins before bed. I have to take two capsules for them to work. One tablet doesn't cut it as I've got older. Good value and no extra cr@p ingredients in the capsule. Will continue to buy this brand until they stop working...
