This is very sturdy, well-made product. I holds all manner of very important documents, like a home deed and abstract; documents that would be needed following a catastrophic fire. The organizer is also sturdy enough to hold heavy coin collections. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because, short of burning my house down, I cannot say the product would survive such a fire! I relied on the video the seller includes in their ad which shows a blow torch being held on the product It's rated to withstand temperatures far higher than a typical house fire would reach. I now have three of these and just purchased some additional organizers for Christmas gift.
