Book is as described. Started reading into it once i got it. Excited to learn more about the methods in the book.

Louie is the man. Great book without being overly technical.

Louie is a power genius .

This book is better than the Westside Book of Methods because it has several more sections, and I read the Methods book before I read this. It seems like a majority of it was just copied and pasted in several sections of this book. There were multiple pages where paragraphs were the exact same. The number of times he mentions the increase in the SSC from bands is ridiculous. I barely learned anything from this book because the Book of methods kind of covered everything already. I still don't fully know how to implement conjugate training as there was no exact plan to following except for the wave system to following for the dynamic method and changing an exercise each week so you can max out (he also repeated this about every other section). It is really disappointing to read this, as I looked up to Louie, but after reading 2 of his books, I will never buy another book written by him again. I would not recommend.
