This was an excellent choice for the edging on a crochet project and so now planning as the main component of the next one. Rich color and no problems with yarn splitting or otherwise not living up to expectations. Spooled around a cardboard core, it was easy to dispense.5/31 - needed a lighter color for accent so picked one out of the lineup. I know colors can't be expected to display precisely on my screen and interpretation is different for everyone but I was thrown off a bit by it being labeled "apricot". Took a chance anyway and was relieved to receive a pale beige tone that is the perfect complement to my project. Doesn't look like any apricot I've ever seen but that turned out to be a good thing. :)Still 5-star worthy!

I am addicted to the cotton cord. I will eventually purchase every color. I made an eyeglass case and a trifold wallet and still have yarn left over. It’s amazing to crochet with and has a beautiful texture. I highly recommend this.

So, I am changing my first review. If you are new to crocheting with cotton cord, this is really nice stuff with an amazing assortment of colors. At first, I thought I would have trouble with my hands being in bad shape but I found it very easy to work with.The main thing I don’t just love about it, is they call it a 1.5mm. Be aware it is a 2mm at least, it may actually fluff to 2.5… that’s not a bad thing and actually what I really needed. They should probably market it as 2 mm and may sell more. It does not come with any instructions on the label, other than the name of the color. NONE. No laundry instructions, no recommended hook or needle sizes. It would be nice to have laundry instructions, at the very least, especially if you sell your work. It’s nice to be able to tell your customers about fabric care. I have every color under the sun. I didn’t start out small. I wanted options. I am happy I kept these. I have been pleasantly surprised. Plus you can purchase the 3-pack, which is actually buy 2, get 1 free. May be expensive but think of what you save in the long run!Happy Hooking!!

Love the color! Easy to crochet with unlike the polyester rope. Not too bulky and holds its shape. Making a purse and it’s going a lot easier with this thread.
