Well Made & Does The Job!
No disappointment here! I needed to replace an old heated mattress pad. After reviewing my options, I was tempted to go for an unbranded product. After all, I have purchased other non branded products that worked just fine. I was hesitant in this case and I trusted that Sunbeam was a good choice. This pad works perfectly and is well made. It heats up quickly and provides different options in heat intensity. All cords are the appropriate length for plugging in. It has one, single plug in at the bottom of the blanket, which then goes to the right side of the bed where there is the controller for that side. The cord continues across to the other side of the bed where the left controller sits. Lastly, there is the main cord that plugs into the wall is about 6-7 feet long. (not measured) I loved that with the instructions had a diagram showing which controller goes with which side of the bed. I have taken a sharpie and written a "R" & "L" on the bottom of the controllers for next time I set it up. (That might be a suggestion for Sunbeam to emboss an R & L on the controllers) You can feel the small wires in the pad, but ALL heated mattress pads have this issue. The pad is still very comfortable. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

Great heated mattress pad!
Easy to put on, warms up quickly, has different levels of heat (up to 12 - which is hot, hot, hot!) and the best is the timed shut off. Great quality.

Good pad for the money.
I have used a Sunbeam heated mattress pad for many years. I had the last one for prob. 8 or 9 years. This one does not have preheat, but it still heats up quick. I tried a Biddeford brand, but it was nothing but junk. This Sunbeam is cheaper than the Sunbeam one's with preheat, but it it still a good one. Time will tell how long it lasts though.

It works well and it's so nice to be able to preheat the mattress.
I was kind of surprised that the sides are made with a stretchy mesh, instead of whatever the top cotton looking stuff is. I've had heated mattress covers for at least 20 years, maybe more, and this is probably a cost savings to Sunbeam. It went on easy enough. Actually, easier than the previous ones I've had. It has a dual controller, because I bought a Queen size. The controller itself had me confused for a bit. It is a white rectangle and the buttons are imprinted, the on/off is an almost circle with a line transecting the top. The timer is a circular arrow and up & down for heat and timer are of course up/down buttons. If you have any kind of seeing issues you may want your glasses on for the first few times you set this. Set the heat first, then the auto timer if you want it. You don't have to. Just pay attention to the LCD to make sure you are in heating or timer mode. I'm trying to decide if it is worth the effort to get the markers out a fill in the control impressions. Bottom line, would I buy it again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

Great value and quality.
Easy to get connected. Warms up quickly and has plenty of temp settings. Auto off really helps when you forget to turn it off.

Does NOT last more than 3 months
Not recommended. One side stopped working after only a month, outside of the return window. (The controller screen would turn off moments after being turned on - the same problem that others mentioned in their reviews too). Then, three months later, the other side stopped working. I suspect they used cheap components on the controller circuit board that fail randomly. The wires showed no damage, also checked the board, nothing was burned. My wife and I always take good care of our things, so this was a waste of money.

Does what's intended
Ordered as a replacement. Works good. Level 1 is nice to just take the chill off the sheets. Warms up fast when i forget to preheat it before bed. Being able to set different hour times is handy too.

Wonderful product
Works very well. I was worried I would feel the tubes. I do not. It warms very fast and stays that way all night.
