I live in the south eastern part of the U.S. and every summer I spend hundreds of dollars on damp rid type products to avoid mold in my camper. I decided to invest in this dehumidifier and have not regret my choice. I liked that it has a tube option to drain the water and automatic shut off if it gets too full. I have noticed that my camper doesn't smell as stale when I'm not using it. It's the perfect size for my 30 ft camper. Every week I go in my camper I notice the tank is full of water. It does work well.

The unit came ready to plug in and to begin dehumidifying immediately. So far it's done an amazing job. It's easy to empty and beautiful to look at because of the LED changing lights. This is the second one I bought from this company.And I intend to buy more!

i bought this due to the humidity that build up in my home. So far this has assisted me not only dehumidify the place but also filter bad odors and even catch flies due to the light that attracts them to go in the inlet.

Update: It is broken now. Customer support has not responded yet. Will update again if they actually do respond and try to help me at least.I bought this to try and attempt to lower the humidity inside my bedroom which is in a poorly insulated "Doelger home" in Daly City, California, a location which is infamously foggy/cool/humid. These houses were built in the 50s and cheaply (despite being worth $1m+), but I am not the owner so I can't make any real change in the structure, the best I could do is buy a dehumidifier.I feel like the humidity has at least gone low enough that my feet do not feel so damp under the bed blanket at night. So that is good! That was my main reason for having a problem with the humidity in the first place (but also mold).However, according to my hygrometers, the humidity is still pretty high, ranging from 60% to 80% depending on temperature (colder/darker = more humid, warmer/sunnier = less humid). However it does overall seem to be within 5-10% lower than average, and the tank does fill up with water in less than a week, so that means it does work. It's just that the humidity in this location is a bit too extreme to fully solve with just one dehumidifier. I just think it's not strong enough for the cold humidity of Daly City in a poorly insulated room. The outside humidity is typically between 70-100% year round, usually on the higher end due to the frequent heavy fog. It gets more humid here when it is cold too.There's a definitely difference in the humidity in this room from the other rooms in the house, so I know it works.Update: It is broken now.
