It’s okay. I used it to help relieve some pressure on my nose. Only sometimes it would feel too tight or too loose that it didn’t feel like there was a perfect way to adjust it around my head.

Used them when I had my nose surgery
They helped a lot as I couldn't breathe until my nose surgery happened now I can breathe and these helped keep pressure off of my nose. Thank you.

Not good
Snaps are VERY difficult to open! No instructions on how to attach around head. Length of snap attachment should be adjustable so band can be positioned higher or lower for better comfort.

Very cheap materials that irritated my forehead. Made in China, buyers beware!
