what size hex wrench does it take to install or does it come with one ?

It comes with everything you need to install it.

Why does 45 degree mount not come with wrench to mount it

I guess to keep costs down since it uses a standard size

How far away from your eye (minimum and max) can you mount red dot -(

I am no expert but you can mount the optic as far away as you want. If it is too close you might take it in the eye when the trigger is pulled, but you’ll also run into more MOA the further away it is.
