They are over priced in my opinion. But they seem to help some, I like that there are 3 levels of grip strength Not the best quality in my opinion

These are effective and fun
Good quality, great selection, cute bright colors. These are perfect for doing physical therapy exercises. They go anywhere with you. Just throw them in a bag and you have your exercise equipment! I have arthritis and these really help keep my joints healthier.
