I am currently 6 months pregnant and could not live with out this pillow. There are a few down sides to this pillow though. When I first tried to use it, the pillow are for my head was VERY lumpy. No real support and was uncomfortable. I use a memory foam pillow normally. I was able to cut a small hold in the inside pillow and push most of the "head pillow" area down towards the leg area. I then stuffed my pillow in the pillow case and zipped it up. I now have my own pillow and the back support and knee support I needed. I did try to use it upside down with the head part at my feet, but that was not comfortable.The leg parts do get a little flat after use every night, so I just shake it around and fluff it up. That does help and keep it nice and full. It is a small pillow as well. I am 5'5" and it fits me fine, but if I was any larger it would not work. It is pretty short for anyone taller.I love my memory foam, so I am happy I was able to use it together after some small adjustments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly made my pregnancy MUCH better MUST buy!!!! *by G***T on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 20, 2015* I was worried at first from the reviews saying it was flat and did not work but honestly I don't see what people are talking about. Yes it's not overstuffed and has a lot of give to it but if it was overstuffed it wouldn't form well as it does. The color is as shown and fabric is better then I thought it would be. I also was reading from review's it's not as long as it's shown in the picture keep in mind she is in a fetal sleep pose with it wrapped in between her legs I'm 5'7 and it works as shown if you're not wrapped in it laying straight and it wrapped around you it will be short of course. If you're wanting a stiffer pillow this is not for YOU this is soft and form fitting it has give to it. With my pregnancy I'm 17 week's along with my 3rd my back has been in pure pain it helps my back so darn MUCH and supports my growning baby. I originally bought it for when I had a back surgery after an accident where I could not move around and had to elevate my legs slightly. This worked out so well...the perfect amount of fill...I could see adding anymore fill.it would be cumbersome and too heavy.
