Honestly I thought these wraps was 50/50. Truthfully, my PR performance for chest did increase. I keep my wraps and elbows with me at all times. Now I just need larry wheels to produce some legs wraps and Im good. Great product and worth the buy. I usually perform chest 315lbs I just 1 rep after a full chest work out.. I did 2 sets of 5 reps.. I was amazed

I randomly got wrist pain and didn't want to stop lifting heavy so I bought these. Been wearing them and still working out hard and my wrist pain is getting better

Not that flexile but very sturdy and good for heavier lifts.

I've been through so many wrist wraps. These are great for lifting heavy and lifting light. They are on the thick side wich is plus. They do provide efficient protection around the wrist. And for the price it's a deal. I've been using them for a full week and they still smell fresh. We will have to see how long they can last.
