They good enough for cables on weight bench

These aren't threaded, so you need some kind of swaging machine to attach them to the end or your cable. Apparently, solder is not recommended. Most hand swaging tools also max out at 3/16" (5.0 mm), so that doesn't seem to be an option.

These are nice but not for 6mm wire as claimed. They can work with up to 4mm wire.
