Great. Highly recommend
Highly recommend these easy to use patches. Just stick a patch on and go. Great value for money and quality, discreetly coloured so don’t stand out if skin is accidentally exposed and they don’t fall off. I have been using these for a few months now and have noticed a significant difference in my sleep quality, energy levels and ease of pain from inflammation in my shoulder from a gym injury.

Waste of Money - Does not do what it says
Waste of Money. This has not added any value whatsoever and would say avoid as a dude product.

Easy to wear, and less bulk to carry on holiday!
These patches are a great alternative to taking multiple capsules per day. They stick well, don't fall off, yet peel off easily when you need to. I liked them because they are slow release and non-itchy, in fact you can't really feel them once they're on. An excellent product and very easy and light to carry when going away as they are flat packed. No big bottles of pills in my luggage! 👍

So far waste of money.
Not sure if there is any difference since taking them. I feel no results.

I have problems with my gut health meaning I can't absorb vitamins or mineral so well so these patches are great for me. I have no reactions from my skin which is very sensitive. I do believe they are helping me with energy and my skin. I use these in conjunction with the collagen patches by the same brand.
