Fundamentals of Financial Accounting 4th Edition

I really like the way this text book is formatted, with examples and case studies. It is a fairly easy read, and has study questions after each section to check your understanding. The key points are noted in the side, which reinforces what the text is saying. I had to get this book for class, however, I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to teach themselves accounting.

because the book wasn't returned within the designated time period, they charged me for purchasing the book. BUT, they charged me more than $50 over what a completely new version of the exact same book would cost!!! Don't waste your time or money renting a book such as this unless you get it from a reputable source

Yeah, sure let's put in a bunch of questions into the book but not supply students with the solutions to the problem, and they have the audacity to charge us extra just to view the solutions? Furthermore, certain examples in the does not encompass certain questions in which the problems ask... useless hunk of junk.

This book was exactly the one I needed for my class. It is easy to understand, and there are lots of practice problems. It was also much cheaper than I could get at the school.
