Very good product. I can now do a multitude of cable exercises and am only limited by imagination.Any single cable exercise you can do in the gym you can do with this equipment. Lat pulldowns can be done sitting on the floor if you have long arms and need more of a stretch. I have had 100kg on it doing lying down shrugs and it took this very well. Not sure what the max weight is but 100kg is enough for home use. My only complaint would be the noise it makes when the weight is being pulled up and down but I have used some white grease to ease this a bit so its not so noticeable. All in all i am very happy with the versatility of this equipment, it has allowed me to take my home workouts to another level. Highly recommend. It does not come with any fixing screws, raw plugs or tools so you will need to buy these and you will need at least one socket to screw some of the bolts, preferably two.

It's a good machine, it's well made and feels very sturdy. The negatives I would say is the bottom cable needs to be lower or the piece of equipment needs to be a bit taller. I have mounted this so it is touching the floor as that is the only way you'll be able to use the bottom cable for biceps, with doing this it makes the top cable a little too low I would say, but it is still high enough to work triceps and you can use it for pull downs comfortably but still a little higher would be better. I'm not very tall at 5ft8 so anyone 6ft plus would struggle to get the full range of motion with this equipment I think you would probably have to prioritise what you want to use more whether it be the top or bottoms cable and fix to the wall accordingly but overall its a good piece of equipment for the price and it will make working out at home a lot easier, particularly for triceps and back.

Really good bit of kit, saving space and easy to use. Make sure you have a decent socket set to build and decent wall fittings to secure it. I'm 6'4, adjusting the cable length correctly has allowed full use of the equipment.

Was a bit hesitant on buying this but really glad I did. Really sturdy, fantastic range of motion. Took about 2 hours to be put together, some of the instructions aren't entirely clear, but when it's done it's a brilliant job.Really narrow, takes up very little room. 2nd piece of Marbo sport equipment I've had (Squat Racks too) and it's fantastic.

Simple, no-frills design. Mechanism is smooth and works well so far. Depending on how tall you are may need to mount off the floor. Though, obvioulsy the higher you mount it, the higher the lower cable will be, so final position may be a bit of a compromise.Assembly is straight forwards, though a bit fiddly putting the pully mechanism together. To fit the red plastic covers over the pully you will need two 17mm sockets (or in my case a 17mm and an 11/16" socket!).Arrived quickly - one week between order and delivery.

One of the best pieces of gym equipment you can buy, when fixed to the wall its strong ive had 70kg+ on it and it handles it with ease. The lat station can be used for lat pulldowns as it comes with a wide grip bar for the top but also if you purchase any attachments for it like a rope pulldown you can use it for tricep also if you purchase a v-grip handle you can do rows for lats hope the review helps

Really happy with this, I had to build a little platform for this as you can see from pictures to ensure this was the correct height for both the lat pull down and seated row.Great value for money and now allows me to do so many more exercises at home once you buy some additional attachments.Delivery was sooner than expected and everything arrived without any damage (dispatched from Poland).I would recommend this product, one thing to note is you need a good socket set in order to add the red outer plates to the pulleys. You can assemble it without the red plastic pieces (purely aesthetics) by using an adjustable spanner but due to the way the red plastic pieces are designed you will need a socket set.

Good product, does what it is supposed to do, and as it is wall mounted doesn't take up much space. Came with everything needed to assemble (which often is not the case with other companies), and it arrived in good time.

Prodotto ottimo per il prezzo , è un buon attrezzo casalingo che ti permette di fare molteplici esercizi , sembra abbastanza robusto ma il peso scorre direttamente sul telaio , a lungo andare rovinerà la vernice e sfreghera causando attrito , forse era meglio optare per una cromatura , ma per il prezzo è comunque ottimo , ho ben pensato come un altro cliente di aggiungere una doppia carrucola (acquistata sempre qui su Amazon)e un piccolo prolungamento del telaio inferiore , rendendo il tutto più funzionale , consiglio a tutti di farlo , è un lavoretto da un ora e una 50ina di euro di materiali , consiglio anche la sostituzione del cavo in dotazione prendendone uno gommato da 6mm (5msoninsufficenti , ne avanzerete un 20cm) più resistente e soprattutto mettendo gli occhielli e un doppio morsetto . Prossimo acquisto presso marbosport , panca reclinabile che sembra di ottima fattura.

Jag tycker att denna produkt verkligen levererade.Bygget: Som andra skrivit behöver man 2 st 17mm nycklar för att få dit hjulen där vajern går. Annars var det relativt smidigt att bygga ihop.Egentligen är maskinen för kort för mig (190cm) men genom att t.ex. sitta på knä eller en låg pall så funkar det.Riktigt nöjd och kommer säkert köpa fler Maribo artiklar i framtiden. Känns som riktigt bra kvalitet för pengarna.

Pour le prix payé, la qualité est très bonne, très facile à monter (plan à la ikea, très lisible) !Ce sont des tubes creux, pour des charges allant jusqu’à 50/60kg pour le moment ça ne bouge pas, au delà je ferais peut être un peu attention ?Poulies en plastique, voir aussi dans le temps pour ce qui est de l’usure..Si je devais trouver 2 défauts, le premier serait que la barre de tirage fournie fait vraiment cheap…. Et la seconde est qu’il est dommage que l’on ne reçoive pas au moins une petite barre de tirage pour la poulie basse !Je recommande a 100% ce produit

Stabil bzw für mich. Bin allerdings nur Hobbypumper in der Klasse circa 80kg BankdrückenDetails:1. Hantelbank. Prinzipiell gut für den Preis. Man muss nur darauf achten, dass man mit dem Hintern beim Flachbankdrücken auf dem breiten Stück ist. Ansonsten wird es aufgrund des relativ dünnen Rückensteaks ein wenig wackelig. Das Fußstück muss man ab und an wieder festziehen. Würde es wegen des geringen Preises von circa 80€ auf jeden Fall aber wieder kaufen2. Ständer: prinzipiell auch gut für den Preis von nur 80€. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass ich es auf die maximale Breite gestellt habe und dadurch die Strebe unten instabil wird. Das muss ich nun noch schienen damit es insbesondere bei Kniebeugen nicht wackelt. Wollte das mit U-Bolzen und Metallstäben machen… Momentan schiebe ich die Strebe bei Beugen immer enger zusammen. Diesen Workaround würde ich mir mit der Schiene gerne sparen3. Latzug: Highlight. Top. Die Gesetze der Physik kann es aber auch nicht überlisten - bei hohem Gewicht und schnellem Ziehen hebt man leicht ab. Ich mache aber eh langsame Bewegungen. Wenn man mehr als sein Körpergewicht zieht müsste man sich irgendwie zusätzliches Gewicht auf den Schoß legen. Da bin ich aber noch weit von entfernt :-)Gesamtfazit:Mit den drei Produkten hat man auf engstem Raum die Möglichkeit alle wesentlichen Übungen auszuführen. Wenn man die Strebe des Ständers hinter dem Latzugturm positioniert (quasi zwischen Wand und dem Bodenkontakt des Zugturms) muss man die Position des Ständers kaum ändern und hat alles optisch und funktional schön beisammen. Bin daher sehr zufrieden. Hat zum Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs nur in Summe schlappe 320€ gekostet. Ist auch extrem platzsparend - die Bank schiebe ich nach dem Training immer quer an die Station dran. Dadurch auch für kleinere Räume geeignet
